VIP Day

Often times, a few tweaks in systems and procedures can improve clinical service delivery, saving or generating substantial value and/or revenue at an exponential rate. VIP days offer SLP leaders with a intense coaching and consulting services to drastically change their business and practices in a minimal period of time.

VIP Days include the following services and products:

1. Day-long in-office or online visit where Dr. Perry and the CEO/SLP Leader dive into the numbers and practices in the business
2. A Post Service follow-up meeting (typically held online) to review progress with implementing changes and document additional recommendations
3. Continuous Asynchronous Communication period for 2 months.
4. Dr. Perry’s Business Billing & Coding Evaluation
5. Avatar Treatment-Coding Plan
6. Documentation development support
7. Access to the virtual learning community resources and events.

• VIP days are held online, onsite in the client’s business, or at Dr. Perry’s office. If travel outside of the DC Metro area is involved for Dr. Perry there may be additional fees. The investment rate for a VIP-day online or in Dr. Perry’s office is $2,000 and for an in-person day is $3,500. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included when the visit is in Dr. Perry’s office.

Hourly Consulting
